Holiday Week Mali Losinj 27. March to 3. April 2010
A second time we are on holiday with the tennis club Winzendorf-Muthmannsdorf during the "Holy Week" on a tennis camp in Mali Losinj, this time in the Hotel Aurora, to which we were changed on "technical reasons". Since I still do not play tennis, I have my own mountain bike with me, making it much easier to journ around. The weather being bright, I am out nearly every day.
On the drive, early after leaving the highway, a stunning view down to the cove of Rijeka.

Way down to the sea.
We have changed to the isle of Krk via a huge bridge. Shortly after the bridge, a fine view over the sea to the city of Rijeka.

At the ferry near Valbiska. We have now time for more than an hour, so I go for a short walk.
Now, what am I finding? A star anemone (Anemone hortensis)
