Two of Winzendorf-Muthmannsdorf´s communal councillors are intersted in building an observation tower in den Fischauer Bergen. As I was here 4 1/2 years ago to explore the terrain for this purpose, I was asked about this, and so I am on a walk up Engelsberg with two companions. Dense mist is covering everything up to the summit, but after a few minutes´ discussion on the summit, all of a sudden, the mist disappeared and permitted a view to Schneeberg and Hohe Wand - the view to the other side would require the observation tower.

Hope rises looking to the other side - but it is disappointed, because at the other end of the marble quarry we are back into the mist.
