Tansania 26.12.2016 - 8.1.2017
A "Working Holiday" in Momella, a tiny village at the foothills of Mount Meru in Tansania. I am guest and helper at Africa Amini Alama, an aid organization for poor people in Tansania founded in 2010 by two Austrian (Viennese) female doctors. A really ambitious project, where I was invited to give input with ideas and concepts for a computerized patient adminstration system to relief and organize work in the health Centre. Furthermore, of course I used time for holiday activities such as a safari and a three days´ mountain walk. Two unbelievably intensive weeks giving me insights not only to a stunning landscape, but also to a completely different lifestile in this still very underdeveloped country. Thanks a lot to Cornelia and Christine and to all the friendly people I met here.
