SHort mountain bike tour tot the fields of Weikersdorf, Saubersdorf Strelzhof and Netting.
Shortly behind Weikersdorf I find some flax fields.

A bit further, behind Strelzhof, where I find only a few adriatic lizard orchids (Himantoglossum adriaticum) - in the shadow ...
... and only a single one on the warm, sunny southeastern slope, where I found dozens in former years. It seems that the dry weather this spring did great harm to them.
Heading for Strelzhof now on a narrow path through the forest, with a view to Willendorf in between.

Neaby the wetland of the Zweiwiese, which has been revitalized 10 years ago by a local club.
On the bank of the small pond and the grassland around, Austrian flax (Linum austriacum) is growing in abundance.
