3./4.10.2024: On the ship and a day in Trondheim.
An 3.10. it is raining nearly all day, so we stay inside the ship and don´t go out to the deck.
The only variety is the whirlpool, but it is so hot that we have to leave it after 30 minutes to prevent a collapse.
4.10.2024: Our ship has landed at 6:30 in Trondheim, our car was driven out by ship personnel and parked on the kai. As there are 4 hours stay in Trondheim, we can go for a relaxed beakfast before leaving the ship. Luckily, we can sheck in our hotel even at this early time of the day.
We stroll to the cathedral and to the river Nidelva. Stilt houses along the river.
The old Town bridge (Bybrua), closed for car traffic.

... and downstream to the sea.
In the evening, we treat ourselves to a fine dinner in the rooftop restaurant of our Radisson Blue Hotel, situated close to the harbour.
