Summer in the "Neue Welt" 4.7.2013

Once more I wait for a car repair and spend the time with a mountain bike tour.

High grain - ruin Emmerberg in the background

Unusual clearness for a summer day, which often is rather hazy.

Near the road an area with lots of  schwertblättriger Alant.

Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) near the beck

Oilseed rape in flower, a bit uncommon for this season - must have been seeded late in the year.

Hohe Wand

This Creeping Thistle (Cirsium arvense) has many visitors.

Green-venied White (Pieris napi) - Thanks a lot for identification to Maurizio Minora from Milan, Italy!

Due to the initiative of the club Biosphere Neue Welt, in this area, called Zweiwiese, between Maiersdorf and Netting, a humid biotop was built, fed by natural ground water - excavated and regrown. SO, I do not know, which of the plants I am taking pictures here is growing natural and which has been planted.

Anyway, it is a lovely view.
