Hohe Wand 30.1.2017
I have to take advantage of the last day with high fog to have a look from Hohe Wand. Only a short time off for this, so I take the car to visit a few view points.
Near Skywalk.
The mist is reaching up nearly to the edge of the plateau.

I walk the short leg to the "hang glider grassland" - no activity today, of course.

Unterberg. The "Natural snow" - skiing centre (as opposed to the many places with artificial snow) takes high advantage of this year´s cold winter - the coldest January for decades.
Another drive to the Kohlröserlhaus. The upper end of the escarpments are a bit lower there so wrapped in clouds; however, the flat plateau behind is a bit higher and sees the sun.
